I walked into the newly arranged showroom after having spent most of last week at the World Market in Las Vegas. Wow, what an incredible experience to walk in the front door and use the same expression our customers us when they open the door and say, “WOW!”

Its good to be back with wife and children after being gone close to a week. I took the whole family to Macaroni Grill in Canton to celebrate my family of sweethearts. Carmela’s Chicken Rigatoni Grilled chicken, mushrooms, caramelized onions, fresh basil and Parmesan cheese tossed with imported rigatoni pasta and creamy Marsala wine sauce is always my favorite dish! Not too mention the awesome bread dipped in olive oil with fresh ground black pepper.

After consuming so much food last week at the Vegas buffets, I’m back to 1500 calories a day…..almost not fair!!!
