April 19, Linda emailed the following letter to me.  Thanks to Linda for these kind words.

My roommate and I were in your establishment this weekend and I wanted you to know that Mr. Strawser was wonderful.  In fact, it was because of his tactful way of presenting the beautiful glider and a half to me, that I actually purchased it after Diane’s order was already written up and paid on!  We spent quite a bit of money at your store and he did not push us, nor did he rush us!  Lanny worked with us as we changed our minds, looked at different ways to have my roommates roll top desk created to her liking.

If you have an employee of the month at your store, I would like to nominate him for the month of April.
