Clearance Merchandise Policy
Any of the merchandise in our online catalog under the category Clearance is sold as is. For this reason we highly recommend that you make an appointment at our store to look over and inspect any clearance merchandise prior to making a commitment to purchase the merchandise as all clearance sales are sold as is and all sales are final. We will not accept any returns on any clearance merchandise. Handling charges will apply on all clearance items that we deliver.
Delivery Policy
When you purchase merchandise that is priced at $1000.00 or more, Weavers of Sugarcreek delivers, free of charge, to any location within 100 miles driving distance from our showroom. Our own expert and knowledgeable delivery team will ensure that your furniture is delivered and setup in a professional and timely manner. Delivery or shipping outside of the 100 mile area is also available at a reasonable cost.
Privacy and Security Policy
We will not, under any circumstances, rent or sell your personal information to third parties.

What We Gather and When We Disclose
We can gather two types of information from visitors to our website.
If you only browse our pages, like most websites, we simply gather statistical information about your visit. We do this in order to better improve our website so we can continue delivering the information and products you need. This type of information does not identify you personally, not even by email address, but rather assigns your visit to the site a unique number so that we can analyze this statistical information.
If you make a purchase with us, we do store your order information in our customer database for tracking purposes. For security reasons, credit card numbers are never stored on a system that is connected to the internet.
